Right now I am taking a quad injection twice a week along with glute injections twice a week. Anyway When I take a glute injection, I just dart it in with no problem, but with my quad injection I pussy out sort of and take the needle and jabb it into my quad rather than darting it in. It hurts like Hell but I deal with it better plus the pain give me an extra pump heh heh Anyone else tend to do this?    | ||

If you find the right place, your quad injections will feel just like glute injections - painless.  |
