injected anadrol in right tricep and it bled some and bruised up afterwards.. little lump under it. i rubbed it and its sore but just wanting some reassurance that its probably nothing serious.     | ||

I have donet that a few times, in fact just the other day I did it again. I asperated, was cool, went a head with it, pulled it out and blood shot about 3 ft from my delt. It got a small bruise and a small bump for about 3 days, nothing came of it though. I have done it in the tri as well, lot of veins and nerves in the arms. You probably went thru one. | ||

If it is just a bruise no biggie. If after a couple days it is red and irritated, get it checked out. The bruising just means you probably went through a capillary when injecting. The Juggernaut | ||

Recently i have some brushes on my left and right sides (arms, delts). It comes mostly from going through a vein. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short | ||

You should be fine. It happens to all of us. One way I've found that helps is to use the smallest possible needle, going in no more than 1/2 inch, and of course, not moving the needle around (Casuing injection site trama). | ||

for injections into the long head do you go into the side or the back of the tri? |
