1. Should I start it as soon as my nipples feel funny or wait till pain and itching sets in?

2. Once I start Nolvadex, should I keep taking it till the end of my cycle?

start at the first signs of gyno! you dont want to be wearing a bra!the nolvadex is going to hinder your gains a little bit. but not enough to worry. stop using them when the gyno signs diminish so you will get your maximum gains.
