I read a post which said you should take twice as much sustanon relative to Deca during a cycle. Is this because mg for mg sustanon is half as effective as Deca?     | ||

i beleive it is not limited just to sus..i think if you are doing 600 mg of any test, then a good rule to follow is 300 mg of deca ------------------ | ||
