Hey guys, I've looked but I haven't really found whether or not your recovery time will be boosted on fina. I figured it would be, but I'm just checking cause I'm going to start a split routine when I start my cycle. (Tomorrow baby!!!!)     | ||

Since it increases protein synthesis and boosts growth hormones in the body, i would have to say YES, it does increase recovery ability! | ||
