Im looking for a good PERSCRIPTION cortisol blocker..I know insulin and anti-ox such as vit e c work well, but lets talk pharam.

5 grams of vitamin C a day
10 + grams of glutamine a day
and 800mgs of phosphatidylserine / day (sp)

Cytadren, is the only perscription cortisol blocker I know of. Usually comes in 250mg pills and the dose is 250mg a day 2 on 2 off.
