is it better to inject or mix with oj and drink...which is more effective. I've always used Thai d-bols which are "the bomb" how does reforvit compare.     | ||

Don't mix it, it will make anything taste like ASS. Just draw it in a syringe, pop the pin off, squirt it way back in your throat, and THEN chase it with the OJ. | ||

Ref-B isn't the best thing for the lining of your mouth and throat. Buy some empty gelcaps at a health food store. Put the ref-b in the caps and enjoy. Size 00 will hold up to 2ccs. | ||
