every time I inject sustenon or deca?

I used not to. Am I at risk by bleeding so much?

I dont think I have changed the way I inject, so I am wondering what this means?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

no big deal, bro. Just means that you passed through a vein. Just make sure you aspirate before your push in the substance.

hmm. Some time this just happens. Sometimes it doesn't bleed at all, and sometimes it bleeds more.. prob. just went though a vein.. Just remember to pull back on the plunger...
