For people who have trouble sleeping while on a cycle, is it ok to use Zmass while being on a cycle?

It's vitamins and minerals bro. It's not some magic chemical. How would taking vitamins and minerals not be safe or even benificial while on AS. Please people, use your heads.

i agree with beezers!! i use it every night to help me sleep. makes me dream a little crazy, but it definitly puts me in a deeper sleep!
