I wouldn't do it but if you do it then inject in the outer head of the tricep with a 1/2" needle. ------------------ Great Information on Injections and Syringes ![]() | ||

I use either a 25 g, 5/8"; or a 23 g, 1". I use the lateral head (outer) and the long head (inner upper). I use 1-1/2 cc prop and 1 cc EQ on each side. As 2Thick says, it is painful. I used to not believe in injection site specific growth, but 3 months of doing it have made a believer out of me (gained 3/4" on a cutting cycle). I am, however, due to the pain I experienced during this cycle, looking forward to my next cycle, which will not include site injections. tricep injections are very painful, simply because of the test prop. I use 25 gauge 5/8". I put in the outer head right below my shoulder. I love them, but feels like someone shot your arm off the next day. ![]() |
