If going on a first time cycle of 500mg Sust and Eq, what would be the recommended doses of Eq. I have heard between 100-300mg a week. Can somebody help me out? WOuld Eq and winny be an alright precontest cycle. What should the gains look like on a precontest diet? 5'10", 195 Thanks Bros     | ||

I have done 300mg with good results, but my next cycle I will be doing 400mg. Eq/winny is a good cutting cycle if you can control the hunger from the eq. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." | ||

take at least 300mg per week, if you can afford it i'd take anywhere for 300-500mg per week. split that up into at least two injections per week. hope this helps bro ------------------

i am doing eq at 300mg right now...along with 500mg aratest...having very good results | ||

Zeke: I you get the gland removed then there is no chance of gyno coming back but if you just get the tissue removed you can still get gyno. | ||
