i have 15ccs of deca 300 and 20 amps of primo how should i take.....     | ||

Personally, i would use 600mg of deca for four weeks and then go 300mg for six weeks.As far as the primo, take three a week for three weeks, two a week for next five weeks, andone on the last week. Good luck bro, hope it helps! |
