It's not the chemical name. It's the generic name.

Drugs are named by:
(1)brand(trade)name- the name of company that markets the product.

(2)generic name- the basic name that allows you to know what the product is. It is also used by other companies who make the same product.

(3)chemical name- the name based on substances in the product.


I'll use Tylenol as an example.
(1) brand name: Tylenol
(2) generic name: acetaminophen
(3) chemical name: N-acetyl-para-aminophenol

Anabol would be an example of the brand name of Dianabol. The generic name would be Methandrostenolone.

Russian dbol Do you expect that you`ll find "Russian white devil pills" printed on the blister? Methandrostenolon is the brand name for russian Akrikhin dbol.
