I did a sust shot in my quad in the afternoon yesterday - when I woke up this morning I could barely walk - the muscle is slightly swollen and sore as hell. I used a 25g pin (heated the sust w/ some warm water) and 5cc syringe. How can I tell if the pain is stemming from bad injection technique or just the prop in the sust? How long will this last????? I did a leg workout this morning and almost screamed from the soreness. jimmycnj99     | ||
