I got a bottle of Liquid Muscle(same stuff just cheaper). You really need to use this stuff all of the time to get any thing out of it. I got tired of shooting my calves. It feels like a rock is lodged under your skin. I just decided it wasn't worth the trouble.

same here! was hittin bi's ed with 3cc per head of the bi per arm. Got 1.5" gain, lost it in about 2 weeks after stopping useage.
