Have any of you bought this book.It is put out by musclemag. I saw it in the new musclemag and wondered if it was worth a shit.Anybody know?

i own this book and while it is a little outdated (not to badly) its info is top notch, i would recommend it .it comes in handy at times.

I have it as well. It resides next to my toilet in my book rack lol. It isnt a bad book, but could be revised.
