I just mixed the oil with the dissolved pellets in the Magic solution. It looks very cloudy,yellowish cloudy. Is this normal? Also, once I filter it using animals filter, how should i bake it. Do I leave the rubber stopper on? Thanks.

Yes, it's normal to be cloudy before filtering.

When you heat it, that is after you have put it in the sterile vial- so yes you leave the top on it.

Bake it on 250 for 12-15 minutes, remove for 10 minutes and repeat this process 2 more times.
