I've been very intense in the gym for about 6 years. I'm 6'2 205 with very little body fat. In my years of training I've seen great growth in all my muscles except my pecks. I'm a 340 bench presser and can push big wieght on all excersises. My chest day includes 4 sets flat dumbell press 4 sets flat bench 4 sets incline dumbell 4 sets cable crossovers yet with what seems like a good routine where is my fucking chest. I'm not two nipples and a bellybutton by any means, but I want a defined peck line and some more mass. thanks ![]() | ||
