take it orally. I tried to inject it once, and it was not a good thing. Took a week for sweeling to go away and pain ------------------

Don't inject the ref-b or you'll be sorry. Just drink it, it works just fine like that. 1cc=25mgs of ref-b | ||

EGADS! Read some of the other posts on this... Do not shoot Reforvit-B... it's simply dianabol in a water base. In other words, it's orally effective. ------------------ |
