i want one last growth cycle before summer this is what i have access to and how i plan to use it any suggestions will be appreciated i now weigh around 180 with about 9% body fatand am 30 yrs old this will be my second cycle my first sent me from 165 to 189 lbs enanthate 400 mg week propionate 400 mg week sten 1 amp every 4 days eq 100mg week deca 200 mg week all for ten weeks with clomid the last 2 weeks of cycle     | ||

You need to increase the EQ and the DECA. The dosages are way to low. Shoot for 400mg each per week for good gains. Godspeed | ||

Dump the sten, choose either EQ or Deca and run it at 400mgs/week for the duration of the cycle at least ------------------ | ||
