can you guys tell me what dosages and how often you inject? i was just thinking of mixing a 1/4 cc in with some other oil based gear when i shoot. what do you guys think?     | ||

beefy tits, love your name. OKay, for B-12 injections, get yourself a 10 pack of 1cc insulin syringes. DRaw up 1cc (1000mg) of B-12 and inject it twice a week. THats how I've always done it. In case you don't know, you will most likely not be able to get straight B-12, so buy the B-Complex, which has 1000mg of B-12/cc, along with some other b vitamins. |
