Trev is a great guy. His MRP factor 2 tastes awesome, and is lite on the gut. Here is what it contains: (Whey Protein 32 grams 1 packet provides 368kcals, Protein 32g, Carbohydrates 60g IMO - it is far and away the best shit on the market. Wait til the grape flavored comes out...yum Other than that, I have never heard anything bad about Trev (anything true anyway). Go talk to him on his board, he has great info. PS- His Ultra Pro 7 is pretty good too. ------------------ |
