 10 mg nolva enough??

im going to take nolva throughout my cycle just to be extra safe and keep the water down. Im wondering if people always say to take 20mg a day just because thats what most tabs come in. I have some generic 10mg nolvas and was wondering if 10mg/day would be enough to keep away the tits n water?     | ||

Depends on how much gear you are taking. If you are using 1 gram or less, then 10mg of Tamoxifen should be just fine for preventing any problems. If you are taking over 1 gram, then 20mg per day may be necessary depending on how you react to high androgen levels. I've always taken just 10mg ED and never had any problems at all. -TG | ||

ill just be at 500mg/week. I weigh 220. anyone think 10mg/day would NOT be enough? | ||

Hay RHBKING!!!! if you read my recent post I just stated that i want to take NOLVADEX at 10mgs EOD to keep water retention out also and i am also doing 500mgs a week of test and hay!! I only way 186lbs!! (if that makes a difference) I will defenilty keep bumping your post untill its gets awnsered because this would help me a great deal also..nice question!!! | ||

10mg ed should do you just fine with that one. That is what I am going to be taking with my 600mg T200, 400mg Ttokyo Eq, and 30mg D-bol. ------------------ |
