 Does humulin R peak at 2 or 4 hours post shot?

I thought that Humulin R peaked at 2 hours and cleared at 4 hours but then Monster's thread said it peaked at 4 hours. Now I am confused.     | ||

Peaks at 2, leaves at 4. Humalog is half that. | ||

So I had my high carb/protein shake at 9:15 post shot now I should wait until 11:15 to have another high carb/protein shake? And then it is safe to go to bed at 1:15. Correct? Thanks DC | ||

i usually take my shot post workout then wait 15mins and drink my high carb drink. then I go home and try to have my meal in about an hour. After about 1.5 hr if I haven't eaten I start to feel the hypoglycemia start. ------------------ | ||
