weeks 1-8: 500mg sustanon (base of my mass)

weeks 6-10: 400mg primo depot (to help solidify my gains)

im lookin to gain and keep 20lbs, this is my first cycle, more weight would be nice. My question now is about clomid,nolva and arimidex.

I got my sust and the primo, nolva and clomid is on its way in 2 days.
But now im thinking of getting arimidex-actually yes i will get it.
If i have arimidex, would i still need to use nolvadex and clomid? Im pretty sure i still have to use clomid but not too sure about nolva.
Would you be able to help me figure out how to incorporate the arimidex and clomid in my cycle? Can you go into detail i get stupid sometimes.thankx
