i have noticed that when i push against my nipples they are a little sore but the rest of my chest is fine, there is no other signs such as a flabby chest, is this starting to be gyno and how can i prevent it.

Nolvadex, Arimidex, and Proviron will help combat the symptoms, however it doesn't sound like you having a real problem with it. If it becomes any worse, then use...
