im taking nitrotech and celltech right now. im starting a cycle in a few weeks and i plan on staying w/ that. dont forget the isoflavones and milk thistle. ![]() | ||

I think when people go overboard on cycle thats just plain silly. I keep it pretty simple. Protein Factory's "Penta Pro" protein. That about it...well I guess its simple heh...heh..heh..heh.. WCP ------------------ ![]() | ||

I take Max Pro Protien before bed, HIGH 5 during the day, multi-vit, B-complex supp, BCAA Amino supp, milk thistle, dandelion root, lots of water. ![]() | ||

WCP's supplements look very similar to mine. I would add vit.C, Flaxseed oil, Korean Ginseng and Milk Thistle(silymarin) if you take any orals. ghans ![]() | ||

I take a MRP at least 3 times a day. Flax seed oil, vitamines A, B, C, D and E, Saw Pallmeto, Cranberry Concentrate, Ginkgo, Coenzyme Q10, Lecithine, Glucosmine and Chondroitin, MSM, garlic and a partridge in a pear tree twice a day. ![]() |
