I'm 6'1" 290lbs 12%fat and want to add halo to a test cycle(approx. 1500mg/wk) during the last 4-5weeks. How much do I need for noticeable strength improvements, and can I take it all pre-workout since that test is in my system? ![]() | ||

would spread it out, not a very favorable gear choice with the guys. I would go no higher than 30mg/daily and as low as 15mg's look forward to agression city. Don't stay on to long. 6 weeks max ![]() | ||

Yeah, I'm reluctant to spread it out cause I'm aggressive enough on the test. What I was hoping was that 10-20mg right before my workout would make me super intense in the gym. ![]() |
