cycle start tomorrow sust250, i have an extra 500mg. so should i inject 500mg the first two weeks? or 500mg the first week the 500mg the last week of my cycle? also when should i start taking clen during this cycle. any of you guys had side effects from sust 250 or clen? how much strength and size gains should i see, i'm 5'10 160lbs 7-8% body fat.

my cycle will be either
500-500-250-250-250-250-250-250sust
or 500-250-250-250-250-250-250-500sust
which would be better, when should i kick in using then clen?
