If you have it on a web page somewhere, place the URL code for the picture between image tags [img] [/img]

For example, to get this pic working,

I just placed the URL for the pic like this: {img] http://www.ampland.com/humor/froggy.gif [/img] (remove the spaces, otherwise the code won't work).
