AJC THIS IS MY FIRST CYCLE SO I AM ONLY TAKING ONE A DAY(25MG) I CUT THE PILL IN TO 4 QUARTERS AND TAKE ONE AT 7:00AM, ONE AT 12:00PM, ONE AT 5:00PM AND THE LAST ONE BEFORE I GO TO BED AROUND 10:00-10:30PM. HOPE THIS HELPS M18 |
