I don't mind drinking ref-b but when I'm at work I can't risk getting caught with the bottle and syringe. I plan on using 40mg a day. How many cc's does this equate to when filling up the gel caps? Also what is the best way to seal the gel caps after I inject into them? I heard using parafan wax to seal them works ok but wanted to make sure.     | ||

use an eye dropper to fill the gel caps and don't let them sit around for more then 3 hour's I've had about 1000mg worth melt on me and i had to suck down melted gel caps the taste still sends chills down my spine :-) | ||

They will melt... i dont sugest taking them anywhere for more than a couple hours. ------------------ | ||
