i finally took my first shot a few hours ago...i got so nervous that i had to play some rage to get me going...i was in a full sweat...never felt a thing though...better than a visit to the doctors    | ||

just did my daily intake for the day...i'm 5'8'', 184 lbs, 15%bf (prob less)....2700 cal, 62g fat, 206.5g carbs, 279.5g pro...how does this look? | ||

up the carbs for growth, if you're dieting lower them more to about 50-100g ------------------ | ||
