Well I have the results and I have only lost 5 lbs. I guessed about that and pretty pleased with the results. Definately the juice helped my gains. I needed it. Fuck if I went to a Dr. about wanting to gain weight, he would have told me to get and use wait-on or something. But I have done it all and the juice does the rest. Got to keep on working out, but have shoulder surgery on Thurs. morning. I will cope some how, and slowly very slowly. Later Bros.    | ||

hey if your getting your shoulder scoped to repair your tendens let me know the outcome . i tore mine up motocross racing and needed surgery for the 2 years but never got it done . it's really starting play a major roll in lifting now so i may consider getting it .keep me posted !  |
