Hi!bros, I'm a little worried here just noticed yesterday a hard lump under my left side nipple,feels a little tender when I touch it. Is this the start of gyno. Just dropped some nolva today in case, but is it too late? will I need surgery? HELP!
anybody?

Take it easy me friend...

Drop 40mg of nolv for the first week then 20 mg for another 2 weeks.

If you gyno still is hurting or inlarging then taper and start some clomid therapy.
