What would be better to stack with Deca, drinking 50mg Winny or Anavar??

I would go with the anavar...more strength, which = more mass. Keep your protein high.

I've read that Winny is a progesterone antagonist. Therefore taking it with deca may lessen the chance of getting progesterone induced gyno. I'm planning on trying 800mg/week deca as the base of a cutting cycle here in a few months. I'll definatly be taking winny with that.
