I have the 50mg tabs and I am going to use them with some fina in a few weeks. I am going to take 300mgs of winny per week. I figure that this will be plenty for me, but I'm not a huge guy. ------------------ | ||

I've had some experience with the 2mg tabs, take 4-6 tabs a day. Half in the morning and half at night. By the way, they take a while to start taking effect. | ||
