is it anymore effective to get an insulin spike by taking some type of dextrose, like corn sugar, instead of bottled grape juice which contains fructose?     | ||

Go to walgreens and buy a bottle of insulin, forget the sugar. | ||

If you want an insulin spike, consume your average carbo powder. Maltodextrin has a GI of 150, higher than anything you would want to drink down. |
