I am about to start my second cycle, first cycle done in the late summer took me from 5'10" 160 @ 6% bodyfat to 191 @8% bodyfat. New cycle looks like this:

wk1-wk6-1000 omna 50mg ed of Refb 600mg deca
wk6-wk10- 1000omna 600mg deca 150mg Eq EOD
wk11-wk18-150mg Eq EOD 76MG Treb EOD
Clomid 1 EOD throughout cycle, at the end 2 ED for 2 weeks, then 1 ED for 2 weeks.

Hugh, actually that PIC was taken before I had done a cycle. The PIC on my home page where I have the tank on was mid cycle.
