Greg Zulak (i know he's a muscletech bitch) said that GH makes you retain all your gains if you use it with a steroid cycle. Anyone have any anecdotes on this?

more or less yes if youll kepp eating and training youll keep most of it but whats good on gh is that almost all the gains are muscale gains.

If done right you can make very good long term gains from GH.That is if you got the money to afford it.
