Can anyone tell me exactly what the law is in texas in needing a prescription to buy syringes and if if you need one if you are buying mail order versus a pharmacy

Hi Hap;

I see your an attorney, I'm surprized you can't look up the laws concerning rigs here in our state. Anyhow I know this , you can walk into a pharmacy or feed store and buy them over the counter. Don't get caught with them by a cop who may think your using them for illicit purposes though !

OTC in Texas. However, if they suspect you may be using them illicitly, they can, and do refuse sale! I Lived in Houston for years and sent either a girlfriend or a fat..err..."Fitness Challenged" friend in. No problems!
