Guys- i'm looking for a protein that has casein in it. I dont want anything that mixes thick.. I got this stuff by optimum nutrition called Protein Diet. It has the kind of protein that i'm looking for but i have to mix a freakin gallon of water with 1 scoop so i can drink it rather than chew it. I think it's b/c they put that shit, guar gum in it. The stuff is horrible. I'm not sure which is worse though b/c metrx has a can of protein out that is utterly putrid as well. any ideas> Andy     |
