How can you get just the right balance? How can you get big, but then keep your size and get lean. Here is my goal. To be between 230-240 and bodyfat below 10%. Right now I am 210 and at 14%. How is it that I can get that ripped while holding onto the muscle? If cardio cuts into your muscle gains, can diet alone help to keep you that lean? I eat correctly and the only way I drop my fat is by doing cardio. If I keep a lean diet and hit some cutting drugs in the future and get down to below 10%, will I be able to hold that leaness and mass with a strong diet and workout? ![]()

I have been lifting for three years now. I am 6'2 210 just did my first mild cycle and was pleased. It seems there must be a balance to be able to be ripped all year long without losing size. I am NOT talking about cycling all year long though. So maybe there is not, but I think 10% is not unreasonable to be able to maintain. ![]()

just don't use a lot of androgens in your cycles, use a lot of eq, primo, winny, ets. if you want the androgens, stock up on some arimidex, its the greatest drug in the world ![]() |
