Started a cycle Dec. 14th...Taking 500mg Cyctahoh Sust./week and 30 mg Russian Akrikhin D-bol a day...I started at 174lbs...as of Jan. 10th - I'm 204.5 lbs!! 30lbs!! I did gain some body fat....but not too bad...I used to use 100lb dumbells for 5-6 reps...now I use 125lbs for 6 reps....I also went from squatting 6 plates on a Smith to 12 plates for 6 reps.....Russian juice rules!!! Just thought you'de be interested.... ------------------     | ||
