Got the flu or something last night and slept until 3:30 this afternoon. Thats 18
hours without food.. I lost 7lbs in one day.

This bites, I feel okay now just a little
foggy, but i have got to eat like it or not.

Sorry for the whiny post, but i hate being
sick.. Smaller DOGGY

I feel your pain. I'm getting over a nasty flu bug. I had to force myself to down protein shakes for 2 days straight because I didn't have enough energy to chew my food.
