Which should I get, 400 tabs vs 2 bottles of reforvit just about the same price. How come tipical dosages of reforvit is 4cc a day = 100mg compared to 50mg tabs a day. Is some of the reforvit wasted in dijestion. I think Im going for tabs but why the differance in dosage?     | ||

4cc a day? Wow I have a bottle and I was just going to do 2cc a day for 3 weeks and a cc a day until it's gone. I think 4cc is a lot. Later, Green |
