Yes they can take it, but certainly NOT if they're pregnant as well there is a small incidence of DNP causing cataracts in women, so you're running a slight risk it hink it's about %2 or so.

They sure can, but like E2 said, they can develop cateracts unlike men. Make sure the anti-o intake stays high.
