I have yellow tab deca and each bottle has 2ml 100mgs a ml.I want to start doing 300mgs a week should i spread the deca at 100mgs eod.im also on 500mgs of sustanon a week.I gained 19 lbs in 5 weeks.I feel a lot better than what i did a few weeks ago it had something to do with my training i was overtraing.I cut my training to 3 days a week started the h.i.t. training.I feel stronger and more active.
