I know this isn't gear info but it is drug info. I have had trouble with cold sores/fever blister once or twice a year since a child. Usual treatment for it consisted of ointment and zovirax 800mg/x5/day to correct the problem within a 5 or so days. This Friday I was at a convention away from access to my drugs and one came up with a vengence. After some thought, I realized I had learned of a natural way to treat this. A friend had mentioned the use of high dosages of the single amino acid L-Lysine. I purchase L-lysine in 1000mg tabs($8.00) and loaded at 3000mg x 4 times /day on friday and used a l-lysine cream (over-the-counter $4.95). Today, continuing with my treatment, It has almost disapeared!! I have never had this kind of results from other drugs....I suggest this if you have this problem also.     | ||
