hey how did you nurse your cuff back? I play baseball and i am also pretty loose jointed and they always hurt. I do some external and internal stuff but thought you might know something else.. would DECA be could for this. thanks late ![]() | ||

Yo bull lay off the internal rotation. Recent studies have shown, it can do more harm than good. You should try and get yourself a copy of the book 7 minute rotator cuff solution. My father had a completely torn cuff, he didn't want surgery so I got him this book. Well he back benchin 300. Pretty damn good for a 61 year old, who the doctors told would never bench again. ![]() | ||
